🇬🇧 UK Customers — Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! This policy applies only to customers located in the United Kingdom.

1. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be in original, unused condition.
  • Packaging must be unopened and intact, including all protective materials (e.g., boxes, blister packs, inserts).

Returns are not accepted if:

  • The item has been used, worn, or opened.
  • The item was purchased as part of a sale, clearance, backorder, pre-order, or limited-time offer.
  • The item has a minor manufacturing imperfection (e.g., slight paint inconsistencies in handmade items).

2. Figures & Blind Box Items

  • Returns are not accepted if the sealed packaging has been opened or tampered with.
  • Slight imperfections are normal and not considered defects.
  • Blind box items are final sale once opened or the contents are revealed.

Inspection Prior to Shipping
As part of our quality control process, we may carefully open the outer packaging of certain items (e.g. figures or collectibles) once before shipping to check for major issues such as missing or broken parts.

  • These inspected items remain unused and include all original packaging.
  • Only items that are damaged or incorrect upon delivery are eligible for return.
  • Our pre-shipment inspection does not affect this return policy.

3. Backorder Policy

All backorder items are final, non-refundable, and cannot be cancelled once the order is confirmed.
We order & reserve these products exclusively for you. Delivery is approximately 2–4 weeks.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
  • We may need to investigate the issue with the courier company before approval.
  • For quality assurance, we keep photographic records of items before dispatch.
  • If approved, we will provide a free return label and instructions.

5. Restocking Fee & Return Shipping

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, except when the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).
  • A 20% restocking fee applies to approved returns not caused by our error (e.g., change of mind).

6. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we inspect the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees and return shipping costs where applicable.

🌎 Non-UK / International Customers — Return & Refund Policy

This policy applies to all customers outside of the United Kingdom, including the United States, Canada, European Union countries, and other international destinations.

  • A 20% restocking fee applies to approved returns not caused by our error (e.g., change of mind).
  • Customs duties, import taxes and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If a parcel is returned to us due to unpaid import duties or taxes, the refund will be issued minus the original shipping fee, any return shipping charges, and a 20% restocking fee to cover handling and administrative costs.
