🚚 Shipping Policy

We currently ship to 🇬🇧 United Kingdom, 🇺🇸 United States, 🇨🇦 Canada, 🇪🇺 European Union countries, and 🌎 selected worldwide destinations.
All orders are dispatched using tracked delivery services from trusted couriers.


🇬🇧 UK Customers

Couriers we use: Evri · Royal Mail · Yodel · InPost · DHL · UPS · FedEx · ParcelForce · other trusted carriers

1. Shipping & Delivery
Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days for in-stock items, depending on courier and location.
Once a parcel is marked as “Delivered,” the order is considered successfully fulfilled.

2. Lost or Undelivered Parcels
If your order does not arrive within 7 business days, please contact us.
We will investigate with the courier (may take up to 14 business days) and provide updates.

3. Refunds or Replacements for Lost Items
If the courier confirms the parcel is lost, you may choose either a full refund or a replacement (subject to stock availability).

4. Buyer Responsibilities
Double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect addresses, missed deliveries, or courier issues after dispatch.

1. Shipping & Delivery
🇪🇺 EU: Estimated 4–6 business days for in-stock items
🇺🇸 US: Estimated 5–8 business days for in-stock items
🇨🇦 CA: Estimated 6–9 business days for in-stock items
🌍 Rest of World: Estimated 7–9 business days for in-stock items
(Delivery times may vary by country and customs processing.)

Orders up to 5 kg are automatically calculated at checkout.
For heavier or bulk orders, please contact us for a custom shipping quote at support@hokutofantasy.co.uk.

2. Import Duties & Taxes
Import duties or taxes (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility.
These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in our product prices or shipping rates.
If applicable, your courier or customs office will contact you for payment before delivery.

Failure to pay these charges may result in your parcel being returned to us or disposed of by customs.
We are not responsible for any loss, delay, or disposal caused by unpaid import fees.

If the parcel is returned to us in good condition, we will refund the item cost minus the original shipping fee, any return shipping charges, and a 20% restocking fee to cover handling and administrative costs.
If the parcel is not returned or is returned damaged, no refund will be issued.
